Luggage repair service

Incredibly rude person on the front desk. I had two pieces of luggage recently damaged, I went in to see if they could get fixed but had to turn my back and leave during a condescending tirade from the staff member. I thanked the person and left but have honestly never been treated like that before and have never been more angry.

The woman who works the front desk is terribly insufferable. I was looking for a missing piece to my handle and this woman spoke to me like I was a child or the dumbest person she’s ever met. Completely condescending and rude. I know people have bad days but this was uncalled for and put me in a terrible mood for the rest of the day. During our conversation, she actually told me to go back to wherever I came from and try to find a handle there! I almost laughed… what! Who says that??? As this was the only listed luggage repair in the area, I bit my tongue and went ahead anyways. They charged me $45 to put on a handle that I provided, and replaced the two missing pieces with clearly used worn and torn replacements. I am fine with the used pieces, but the front desk woman’s terrible unpleasantness and offensive nature made the entire experience poor for me. I won’t be coming back.

Had a leather bag from Paris that was falling apart after many years. They did a wonderful repair on lots of issues and fixed the zip also. It’s now as new and enjoying going to work with me again. Would recommend to anyone. 6 stars!

Very poor service.I dropped my luggage in to have the wheels replaced.Was notified it would be ready in two days.Received a call that they didn’t have the wheels, they needed to order them and it would be 2 weeks.I have had to call them for updates and they blamed COVID and delays.It has been 2 months and there has been an incredible lack of communication.I collected my bag because I couldn’t wait any longer nor do I want this business to receive my money.The lady was incredibly rude and complained about having to find my luggage to give it back to me.DO NOT VISIT THIS REPAIRER.

Our homestay Japanese student had a torn zipper seam on her case from her flight from Japan. We e-mailed a photo, got a reply, and brought it in. The item was repaired in less than a week and for less than the estimated price.

stumbled upon Leather & Luggage from recommendations of people within the leather repair industry. This already speaks highly of Lynn's expertise. I called Lynn enquiring about shoe repair since my shoes have a distinct colour which other 'experts' have refused to take on. Lynn was so patient from listening to my concerns to thoroughly explaining to me her process. Lynn and her team were professional and cordial when I dropped my shoes off and picked them up. I am so amazed by the quality of Lynn's work. She has successfully transferred her luxury goods repair skills onto my scruffed-up shoes. It is difficult to create a close-to-exact colour match. Yet Lynn's mastery is evidenced by the fact that the scruff mark on my shoe is 99% undetectable (unless you really have to nitpick using a magnifying glass). The cost is fairly charged and I think Lynn's service is absolutely worth the price. I cannot rate Leather & Luggage and Lynn's service any more highly !!!!

Just a great business wished I had known about it sooner. Very helpful and Great service from lovely people. I had a zip that was broken it was fixed very quickly and the cost was low. I certainly recommend them, and will make sure I let people know about this place. One very happy customer. Thank you.

Unfortunately one star is the lowest you can give. Staff were so rude, and kept talking over me. The way they treat their customers is disgusting.Don’t bother trying for a warranty claim, they refuse to acknowledge any possibility of a product failure, instead it’s all the airline’s or your own fault.

My luggage was destroyed on the way from Canberra to Perth. So Virgin airlines decided to get me a brand new one. My original one was pink, unfortunately they didn't have pink and the one I got replaced with is an ice blue suitcase! It looks great nevertheless! Thank you so much for compensating and giving me a free suitcase, better than the one before!

3rd time using them to fix a bag while I have been on a stopover in Perth. I am sincerely appreciative they were able to fix my damaged bag so fast. The customer service here was fantastic.
